Description
Our growing in-house creative agency, fishtank, is looking for an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to help enhance the quality, speed, and consistency of our video and motion output across global marketing campaigns.The Opportunity:
You will create high-impact multimedia content that supports Fisher's direct response marketing efforts across multiple channels and markets. You will combine strong storytelling instincts, motion craft, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will play a key role in expanding how video and motion are produced at scale. Contributing not just finished assets, but smarter approaches, reusable frameworks, and more efficient ways of working.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in craft, moves quickly, and wants to help modernize how multimedia work gets done.
The Day-to-Day:
- Create high-quality video, motion, and multimedia assets for direct marketing across channels including Meta (ads and reels), YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat.
- Apply strong judgment around pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity to ensure motion work inspires action and performs in market.
- Use AI-assisted video and motion tools to accelerate production timelines, explore variations, and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Partner with copywriters to translate scripts and concepts into clear storyboards and compelling motion executions.
- Collaborate with project managers and creative partners to ensure delivery and in consideration of campaign goals.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and direction when working with external agencies or contractors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Follow and help strengthen design and multimedia brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of reusable motion templates, frameworks, or assets that support scale and speed.
- Maintain and organize multimedia content libraries to ensure assets are easy to find, reuse, and adapt.
- Stay current on platform requirements, formats, and best practices for performance-driven video.
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia design and video production, including motion graphics, editing, and animation.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling instincts, motion craft, and performance-oriented video work.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools or workflows to improve the speed or efficiency of video and motion production.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, and Media Encoder. Experience using CapCut, Edits, TikTok Creator Studio, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender.
- Experience producing video content for multiple digital platforms and ad formats.
- Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, project managers, and marketing partners.
- $85,000 - $125,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
