We are seeking an experienced digital storyteller with a command of branding and marketing principles and a passion for enhancing the user experience. The ideal candidate is a clear, concise, and engaging writer who translates complex concepts into compelling messages and visually captivating, multimedia content. This individual is a nimble and adaptable creative professional, able to draw on past marketing and communications campaign experiences to improve the impact, relevance, and reach of business-to-business digital communications strategies.

Compensation Range:
$74,150.00 - $105,295.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.

Requirements
Required:
- Manage the implementation of digital communications strategies, optimizing navigation, design, and interactive elements to enhance usability.
- Assist in strategizing, calendarizing, and managing day-to-day digital content production across channels.
- Assist in generating creative briefs, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives as part of a collaborative team.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and colleagues to develop compelling messaging for digital and multimedia applications.
- Excellent writing and proofing skills are required as this individual will be auditing and updating content for an enterprise website as well as a range of microsites and other digital collateral.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret objectives, understand target audiences, and devise fresh and engaging methods to achieve results.
- Support the social media director through content generation, community engagement support, and assistance with the design and management of paid promotional campaigns.
- Monitor trends and provide detailed analyses of performance across digital channels, using this information to not only gauge the effectiveness of the organization’s digital strategies but to recommend adjustments.
- Closely follow industry trends and incorporate UI/UX best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned, managing multiple projects simultaneously on time and to a high standard.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS)
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required:
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and communication principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate projects holistically to address content and design challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of multimedia tools such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or Audacity and some experience with basic video editing techniques
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in drafting clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms, with demonstrated capacity to develop and implement content strategies for social and digital platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects and campaigns
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize independently, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet expectations and deadline
- Knowledgeable in search engine optimization (SEO) and able to analyze web traffic and user behavior to inform strategy
- Learns independently, staying updated regarding industry trends and self-motivated to master relevant techniques and tools
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for details
