Description
Job Title: Personal Insurance Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service and accurate policy administration. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on coverage options, handling renewals, and resolving inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a book of personal insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
- Provide proactive client service, including policy reviews and coverage recommendations.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
- Collaborate with carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products
Qualifications
Required:
-
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and carriers.
Preferred:

- Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, PartnerXE).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
