We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. 

If you are passionate about driving growth through digital marketing strategies and have a proven track record in managing paid digital media campaigns, marketing analytics, direct response marketing, agency/consultant management, building omni-channel B2C promotions, email marketing, and overseeing communication calendars, sales planning, promotions, and campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  •         Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, including paid digital media campaigns, email marketing, and omnichannel promotions, in alignment with company goals. This includes planning and executing communication calendars, sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing campaigns across various channels.
  •         Paid Digital Media Management: Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads. Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and ensure ROI targets are met.
  •         Marketing Analytics/Data: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve digital marketing efforts. Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  •         Direct Response Marketing: Develop and execute direct response marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  •         Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation, to engage and convert customers. Familiarity with Active Campaign is an asset.
  •         ESP and CRM Expertise: Have hands-on experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  •         Key Metrics: Define and understand key metrics that should be included in reporting and dashboards to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
  •         Agency and Consultant Management: Collaborate with external marketing agencies and consultants to ensure alignment with company goals and efficient campaign execution.



  •         Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
  •         Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools, including developing dashboards.
  •         Expertise in direct response marketing techniques.
  •         Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies and consultants.
  •         Experience in building and executing omnichannel B2C promotions.
  •         Strong knowledge with email marketing, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Familiarity with Active Campaign is an asset.
  •         Hands-on experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  •         Ability to define and understand key metrics for reporting and dashboards.
  •         Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
