Description

1. Legal support for a) investments including pre and post-investment, and b) full cycle private fund launch and management;
2. Manage company secretarial matters;
3. Internal reporting;
4. Assist in formulating internal policies and procedures, and training;
5. Communicate with internal parties, external counsels, legal document review and drafting.

1. Minimum: Degree Holder in law or related discipline

1. Minimum: at least 2-4 years' experience in a corporate environment, law firm experience a plus but not a requirement.
2. Preferred: experience in bilingual business environment; experience in M&A, fund investment and/or fund management.

1. Attention to detail, good commercial sense, logical thinking;
2. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
3. Well-versed in relevant HK ordinances and regulations;
4. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.
